contest is not connected with the competitions listed on our events page
or advertised in the newspaper. This is done strictly through the
website. To enter one of the pageants listed on our events page
you can email or call for applications. This application is only
for the INTERNET PHOTO ON LINE CONTEST.
To Enter this INTERNET PHOTO CONTEST: Just print out this entry form and mail with photo and check. To view current winners go to our PHOTO WINNERS page. Photo contest entry forms can also be mailed to you...just call: 203-744-6794 ... or email: pageant@pageantwin.com Entries accepted through mail & via e-mail. E-mail entries can be paid by credit card over the phone. PLEASE DO NOT E-MAIL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Just call our office & speak to a representative directly. If you reach our voice mail, just leave a message that you want to pay for an e-mail photo entry by credit card, and leave a phone number & time we can reach you.

THE FOLLOWING: Age is based on your age as of Dec. 1, 2009. Finalists will be selected and posted on our website every other month beginning in February. All entries received by the 30th of the prior month will be considered. Finalists will also be notified by mail. DIVISIONAL FINALISTS selected monthly will receive a finalist certificate. Those who meet our All American Girl & Boy Pageant age divisions (girls up to 28 & boys up to 12) will also receive a $200 certificate to pay their National Beauty Entry Fee in full to our National Competition in NY. | CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS
A copy of this must be printed out, signed & returned with your entry:
1.) Photos must be current and a good likeness, no larger than 8 1/2 x 11. Color or Black & White. Originals or copies are acceptable. 2.) Open to all ages, both male & female. 3.) The contest is not responsible for loss or damage of photos. If you want your photo returned include a self addressed, postage paid return envelope. All finalist photos must be kept on file until 12/31/09 when winners are selected. 4.) Judging is based on photogenic quality of contestant, model & commercial potential & natural beauty. Quality of the photograph is important. Photos should be clear. 5.) All finalists selected will be posted our our website and notified by mail. 6.) Your name, address, age & date of birth must be on the back of each photo you submit. 7.) If you are selected a finalist you can still enter additional photos through Nov 30th. These new photos will be eligible for the current months selection. Each time you submit new photos you must re-enter, submit a new application form, and pay the $25 entry fee, plus $10 for extra photos submitted at the same time. 8.) Each contestant must fill out a separate entry form. You can photocopy this form, e-mail or call our office for additional forms. 9.) Identical twins can enter as one entry with same photo. Prize must be shared between both. Non-identical twins must enter separately. 10.) Photos of any pornographic nature will not be accepted or considered for judging. 11.) Many professional photos have copyrights. All copyrighted photos must be accompanied by photographers release. This is your responsibility. The contest understands that we are free to use any photo that you send us and that we are not liable for the reproduction of photos. 12.) The decision of the judges is final. No refunds. A $25 service charge will be added for all returned checks. I the undersigned hereby acknowledge that the contest has the right to reproduce photo submissions for publicity and promotional purposes and I relinquish any claim for financial reimbursement other than those contained herein. I am releasing the contest of all copyright infringements and giving permission to have photo/photos reproduced as the contest chooses. Must be signed by contestants 18 & over.
